4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Process:

1. You place an order by selecting items and proceeding through checkout.
2. You receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance.
3. We process the order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Order acceptance and the formation of a contract occur when we send the shipping confirmation.

Payment:

We accept payments via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. You authorize us to charge the total amount (including shipping and taxes, if applicable) to your chosen payment method.

If your payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

5. Shipping Policy

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. You will receive tracking information upon shipment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Items

Your confidence in your gear is paramount. Our full Return & Exchange Policy is available on the homepage. Key conditions are:

• Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service is required.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
